## Process

The firm follows an 8-step process: (1) free first meeting on site, (2) sketch proposal with floor plans and facades, (3) planning/permit drawings, (4) building permit application and follow-up with the municipality, (5) obtaining quotes from tradespeople, (6) construction management, (7) handover to client, (8) final sign-off with the municipality.
